Delivery Area

We currently deliver exclusively within Berlin. Orders from outside Berlin cannot be accepted at this time.

Delivery Times

We deliver multiple times per week. After placing your order, you will receive an email with your exact delivery date and time window. We also send you an OTP code to confirm handover. See our Delivery & Coverage page for the current schedule.

Delivery Costs

Orders of €40.00 or more qualify for free delivery. For orders under €40.00, a flat delivery fee of €4.99 applies.

There is no minimum order value — you can place smaller orders too.

Delivery Confirmation

For the security of your order, we use an OTP confirmation process. The driver will hand over your order upon presentation of the OTP code sent to you by email.
