In the Kitchen: Crush a pinch between your palms and sprinkle into butter chicken, paneer gravies, dal makhani or dough for methi parathas in the last minutes of cooking. Crushing the leaves releases the aroma, and a spoonful goes a long way. Keep them in a sealed container, as moisture dulls them.
In German: getrocknete Bockshornkleeblätter (Kasuri Methi, Kasoori Methi).
Good to Know: Keep the pack tightly closed so the leaves stay aromatic.
