Description
Finely milled sorghum flour from Bambino. A mild, slightly sweet, gluten-free ancient grain that forms the backbone of rustic regional meals. 900g.
In the Kitchen: Used to make soft Jolada Rotti or bhakri. Serve hot with a spicy peanut chutney or rich Brinjal Curry.
Good to Know: Jowar is rich in calcium and iron. Because it lacks gluten, rolling it requires patting the dough by hand or using warm water to bind it.
