Description
A traditional cooling ingredient for the height of summer. Heera Goond Katira (Tragacanth Gum) swells dramatically when soaked, creating a jelly-like texture. 100g.
In the Kitchen: Soak overnight and add the bloomed jelly to chilled rose sharbat, milkshakes, or falooda.
Good to Know: Revered in Ayurvedic practice for its natural cooling properties. It is completely distinct from edible gum (gondh) used in winter ladoos, which provides heat.
