In the Kitchen: Ideal for robust biryanis or everyday meals where you want the grains to remain completely distinct and firm.
Good to Know: "Sella" means the rice has been parboiled in its husk before milling, driving nutrients from the bran into the grain and hardening the starch, making it very difficult to overcook.
