Fine, pale yellow chickpea flour from Bambino. An absolute workhorse in the Indian pantry, bringing structure and protein to both sweet and savory dishes. 900g.
In the Kitchen: The base for crispy onion pakoras, a quick Besan Chilla, or slowly roasted in ghee for besan ladoo.
